About the place

Hi all!

I have 1 sunny furnished room available with a private kitchen (with a sink, fridge and microwave, no cooking facilities) available on the first floor. 
The house has a shared large eat-in kitchen with all the modern equipment (dishwasher, over, microwave, large fridge etc). It has 2 toilets and 1 bathroom on the first floor with a shower and sink. You will share the house with 5 (international) female students.

The house is situated in a friendly neighborhood and is close to the metro station (Verrijn Stuartweg or Ganzenhoef) and metro and trainstation Diemen Zuid. It is only 16 minutes to Central Station, and 9 minutes to the center of Amsterdam. There is an Albert Heijn nearby, and several other shops. Also the shopping area Amsterdamse Poort, Amsterdam Arena, Heineken Music hall, Ziggo Dome and Pathe are close.

9m2     E825, all included. 
It has a table with a chair, a closet and a bed/couch. And a private kitchen.

Wifi available.
Registration is possible
Deposit is 1,5 months
