About the place

The space is 25 m² and consists of a living room, a small French balcony, and a small bedroom. The bedroom has two wardrobes. The living room is furnished with a blue velvet sofa, a dresser, a bookshelf, and possibly a table. The bedroom contains a single bed with a new mattress and blankets.

The bathroom and kitchen are shared. The kitchen includes the necessary appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, and air fryer). It is a quiet household with silence rules set by the building’s homeowners’ association (VvE).

You would be sharing the apartment with me — a 38-year-old woman, calm and easygoing. I work in healthcare.

A home swap for the entire apartment may be possible for people currently living in Haarlem or Utrecht.
