A lovely room will become available on July 1st in a quiet and cozy apartment in the Rivierenbuurt in Amsterdam. The room is spacious, has plenty of natural light, and is located in a wonderful neighborhood: quiet and green, with the park just a stone's throw away, but also shops, cafes, and bars around the corner. You can cycle to the city center in 15 minutes. You will be living with one housemate: a laid-back 29-year-old UX consultant who loves surfing, sports, good food, and a relaxed lifestyle. So, it is a pleasant place to live together, but not a party house. He is looking for a male housemate around the same age. The other housemate remains the main tenant, so you will be on contract as a co-resident. The duration of the tenancy will be determined in clear consultation. Approaching income requirement: 4,000 gross per month.
