The flat is in Amsterdam, a 5-minute walk from Diemen Zuid station, offering quick access to central areas.

A large private room of your own, with heating and internet already set up. Housewares are provided as shown in the listing. All other spaces are shared, including the bathroom, kitchen, fridge and bins.

As it is a shared flat, basic standards apply: keep noise down during late hours, clean up after yourself straight away, and respect the other tenants.

Rent: 1,200 EUR per month
Deposit: 1,200 EUR (refundable within one week of checkout)
Utilities: 150 EUR per month
Daily rentals: available upon request; rate to be agreed.
