The complex is located in Amsterdam- De omval, within the complex there are several rooms for student housing and it has a spacious entrance and parking lot. Within minutes you are in Amsterdam center where you will find all the desired amenities such as: several stores, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. Also there are bus stops within walking distance and with the use of public transport you are within about 30 minutes at the central station or at the many high schools and university of Amsterdam. 
The rooms, maximum habitable by 1 student, vary in size between 17 sqm and 26 sqm and all have a neat finish. All rooms have a private shower and toilet and are equipped with laminate flooring or carpet. The kitchen is shared with fellow residents. There are also several washing machines and dryers on each floor. As an extra service, each room has WIFI and a connection for cable television.
The rent for a furnished room of 21sqm is € 781,- excluding advance payment G/W/L and service costs (of € 190,-) per month. Housing allowance is not possible. The deposit amounts twice the excl. monthly rent.  The rental period is for a fixed term.
