The complex is located in Amsterdam-De Omval. It houses several student housing rooms and features a spacious entrance and parking. Within minutes, you'll be in Amsterdam city center, where you'll find all the amenities you need, including various shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés. Bus stops are also within walking distance, and public transport will take you to Central Station, Amsterdam's many universities of applied sciences, and the university in about 30 minutes.

The rooms, which can accommodate a maximum of one student, vary in size from 17 m² to 26 m² and are all neatly finished. All rooms have a private shower and toilet and are fitted with laminate flooring or carpet. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are shared with other residents. Several washing machines and dryers are also available on each floor. As an added service, every room offers Wi-Fi and a cable TV connection. The monthly rent for a furnished room of 21m² is €781, excluding an advance payment for utilities and service charges (€190). The deposit is twice the monthly rent, excluding service charges. The rental period is fixed.

This room will, of course, always be comparable to the room you viewed.
