About the place

There's a canal right outside where you can actually swim in summer. Markets and gyms are close by too. New build, quiet street, safe neighborhood — the house is super clean, organized, and almost everything is new.

Getting around is easy — the F3 ferry is just a 5-minute bike ride away, 15 minutes to the city center, and bus stops are close by too. Well connected even late at night.

The room is fully furnished with a balcony and bike storage included.
One housemate — a friendly Spanish guy who's 40, easygoing. Everyone has their own life, but good company when it happens. Looking for someone educated and social, who enjoys good company but values their independence too.

No registration. All bills included. Just show up and enjoy your Amsterdam summer.
