About the place

The property is located in Nieuw-West, close to Plein 40-45, and is easily accessible by bus, tram, and metro. The house consists of a ground floor with a spacious living room and open-plan kitchen (approximately 37 m²), equipped with, among other things, a combination oven/microwave, induction hob, and a small dishwasher. There is also a toilet in the hallway.



The house has two additional floors, each with two rooms, making a total of four rooms. On the first floor, there is a spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a storage room containing a washing machine. On the top floor, there is a shared balcony of 15 m².



The available accommodation consists of two rooms on the first floor, which must be rented together by one person. Subletting either room is not permitted. The rooms are approximately 15 m² and 14 m² respectively and are located next to each other.



The basic rent for both rooms together is €1,008.70 per month, and the total rent including utilities is €1,189.70 per month. This includes gas, water, electricity, internet, and the annual waste collection and water taxes.



The rent is adjusted every 1st of July, as Stadgenoot (the landlord) applies an annual rent increase. Utility costs may also increase or decrease depending on factors such as gas and water consumption and market price fluctuations.



One of the rooms is partially furnished, and these furnishings can be taken over free of charge, although tenants are welcome to bring their own furniture. Currently, the room contains a double bed with storage drawers, a mattress, and a wardrobe.

Current Housemates:
The property is currently shared with a female student, Dorsa, who studies at the University of Amsterdam (UvA) and rents a room on the top floor, and 33-year-old woman and the main tenant of the property (not the owner). 

Ideal tentant would be a non smoking/drinking female student or fully employed.
