Starting from September 1st, one furnished room (10 m²) will become available in our 100 m² apartment. The apartment has a total of 3 bedrooms and a spacious living room. Both the kitchen and bathroom have been completely renovated.

The tram stop (Dijkgraafplein) is right in front of the building, and various shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The train/metro station (Lelylaan) is about a 10-minute bike ride away. There's a supermarket on the same street, just a 3-minute walk, and it takes about 25 minutes to bike to the city center.

The rent is €750,- excluding additional costs.
