About the place

Hey!

One room in this lovely apartment will be available from April 12th. It’s a 2-bedroom home (~80m²) with a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a nice relaxed vibe. You'll be sharing the apartment with me, I’m Lionello (but you can call me Lio), originally from Italy, working full-time in tech here in Amsterdam.

💰 Rent & deposit
• €1250/month per person (excluding utilities)
• €2500 deposit (per person)
• Registration mandatory
• A new contract will be signed directly with the landlord (not a sublet)

I like to keep the apartment clean, cozy, and low-stress. I’m chill, open-minded, and respectful of people’s space, and I’d love to live with someone similar, independent but also up for sharing a chat, a dinner, or heading out dancing once in a while.
