About the place

1 room in one newly renovated apartment near Wibautstraat metro station/the oosterpark (1091) near Amsterdam . The apartment is on the 3rd floor, Shared dinning kitchen, spacious living room with big OLED TV, bathroom, toilet and a balcony. Metro lines 51,53,54 and tram 1 and 3 are passing by. 10 minutes bike to Amsterdam central station.3 AHs , restaurants and bars, shops are closeby. The rate is for one person one room, no couples. House rules are no parties, no noise, no weeds and keep the place clean. 
Rate is all inclusive with registration, including utilities, furniture, bedding, wifi internet, cutlery and all tax and service cost . The kitchen is fully equipped with Siemens induction, toaster,  coffee machine, oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Both washmachine and a dryer are for use in the bathroom.
