📅 Availability:
Available immediately until March 31st (Extension until end of April is negotiable, but end of March is preferred as the apartment is going on sale).

📍 The Location (1091kc):

Prime location near Wibautstraat Metro and the beautiful Oosterpark.

Transport: Metro 51, 53, 54 and Trams 1 & 3 are right outside.

Convenience: Only 10 mins bike/metro to Central Station. Surrounded by 3 Albert Heijns, gyms, bars, and restaurants.

🛏️ The Room (15 m²):

South-facing sunny room with balcony (lots of natural light!).

NOTE: Includes a comfortable Double Boxspring Bed (updated, so it's better than the bed in the photos!) and a giant closet for all your luggage.

Fully furnished with bedding included – just bring your suitcase.

🏠 The Apartment:

Located on the 3rd floor.

You will share the living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and balcony with 1 working male professionals.

Fully Equipped: Dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, washer, and dryer.

All-Inclusive Rate: Includes gas, water, electricity, and fast WiFi.

1 Person Only (Strictly no couples).

No parties, no noise, no weed/drugs.
