Shared spaces in the house: kitchen, bathroom and toilet, balcony.
Shared appliances: fridge, electric cooktop, oven, microwave, washing machine, clothes dryer. 
Included in the price: gas, water, hot water, electricity, high speed wifi internet. 
The room is available immediately for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 6 months (extensions could be possible).
