About the place

A room is available immediately in a nice, recently renovated apartment in the Staatsliedenbuurt area.

The available bedroom is compact (approx. 5.5m² / 1.9m x 2.6m) and features two windows. The space accommodates a 140cm bed (double) and a clothes rack.
You will share a spacious living room of approx. 12m², the kitchen, bathroom, and a balcony. The living room is equipped with air conditioning and includes a built-in closet for clothes and storage. There is plenty of room in the common areas to add extra storage space if needed.

You will share the apartment with a 21-year-old working student (male). He will be moving into the apartment around the same time as the new tenant.

I am looking for someone who is quiet, friendly, and clean. Additionally, I am looking for someone who enjoys hosting or is comfortable with having people over occasionally. Sufficient income (from employment or via a guarantor) to comfortably cover the rent and expenses is a requirement.
