This listing is not a direct rental offer. I am searching for a suitable candidate who can be submitted to the housing agency and landlord for an official indeplaatsstelling.

Please note:

* The room is not guaranteed until the landlord/housing agency approves the candidate.
* The new tenant must complete the required screening and provide the requested documents.
* Any agreement will be made through the official process with the landlord/housing agency.

### Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate:

* Is a working professional (expats are welcome)
* Has stable income and can provide proof of financial eligibility
* Can provide documents required for the standard background/financial check
* Is respectful, clean, and considerate in a shared home

Based on previous requirements, candidates should expect an income requirement in the range of approximately €3,000–€3,500 gross monthly income (or more), or have a suitable guarantor if accepted by the landlord.
