I am an Testmaanger/IT Project Manager and I have been living here since April '24 after a long time in Oud-West.
I liked it so much that I'm staying, so I bought the 3 bedroom apartment late 2025.

Amstel Station is 5 minutes by Metro (metro station is 100 meters from the house), Central Station 13 minutes. Parking permit is readily available at low cost and you will be on the ring road within a few minutes.

Smoking is allowed, but not in the living room, as we have a newly furnished balcony for that, or in your own room.

No drugs, including soft drugs!

Washing machine/dishwasher/Fridge (new!) available.
Ex-pats are very welcome.

You're not supposed to invite another person, two in total is enough!

Note carefully: I will request an income statement and an employer's statement, you must have income.
It also clearly states: male, working and 30+

Also: respond substantively because I have had many responses within half an hour that are clearly copy/paste ;-)
