The studio is suitable for a female tenant who is temporarily in Amsterdam for work or study and is looking for a calm, clean and comfortable place to stay. Only the bathroom will be shared with a woman, which is why preference is given to a female tenant.

The apartment has a quiet atmosphere, so it is not suitable for someone looking for a busy or very social household.
