The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and desk, so you can move in right away. You’ll share the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet with other students, creating a friendly and social living environment.

Rental details:
- Rent: €740 per month (including furnishing)
- Utilities: €85 per month
- Deposit: two months’ rent
- Available from: July 1st, 2026
- Contract duration: until August 31st, 2027, with the possibility of extension
