Private room with balcony access in modern tower building. Newly painted and wallpapered. Fully furnished w/ Bed, curtains, wardrobe, end table. Secretary desk shown in photos avail to purchase. 

Shared kitchen w/ all modern appliances, dishes, etc. Living room w/ TV, soundbar, ziggo cable & chromecast. Lots of plants and well lit. Laundry area w/ washing machine, racks. Shared toilet and bathroom with both a tub & shower. You will have your own sink / vanity area as well. There is indoor and outdoor bike parking included. Secured parking spot available for add'l cost. 

I have been living here with my boyfriend for the past two years (both in our 30s, very tidy, I'm American and he is French). This room was an office/studio space. I am now traveling for work and moving to London. Therefore you will be sharing the flat with Clément. He is a bar manager that works a mix of daytime and nighttime. I will come back for long weekends once a month, during which I will stay with him in his bedroom so you will have no disruption. 

Minimal length 4+ months. Option to take over lease later in the year is possible. We hope to find a happy, respectful, and kind person to share this lovely apartment.
