About the place

Looking for a quiet, respectful flatmate to share this apartment with me! I'm a 27-year-old Italian guy, working full-time in Amsterdam Zuid, so I'm mostly out of the house during the day. Outside of work, I'm into sport and nutrition — I train regularly and cook most of my own meals. I also love traveling and keeping an active, structured lifestyle. I'm quiet and easygoing, and I like keeping shared spaces clean and peaceful.

The room
Private bedroom with curtains and a glass door for extra privacy. As a desk setup, there's a foldable table available that can be opened up in the living room whenever you need to work or study.

Shared spaces
We share toilet, bathroom (one private sink) kitchen and living room. I mostly use the living room when I'm not cooking, so there's plenty of space and flexibility to use it as your own too. The apartment also has a garden with a barbecue — perfect for relaxing or hosting friends on sunny days.

Neighbourhood
A super calm, green residential area  surrounded by nature, international schools, and quiet streets, yet only 15–20 minutes from the city centre. You're just a short walk from Gelderlandplein shopping mall and minutes away from Amsterdamse Bos, one of the city's most beautiful parks, ideal for running, walking, or unwinding after work.

Location & transport
Just a few minutes' walk from tram lines 5 and 25, with easy access to the Zuid business district (WTC, banks, offices) and Vrije Universiteit (VU). Perfect if you work or study in the area.

Contract & conditions

- 3-month contract, with possibility of extension if things go well between us
- 2 month paid in advance
- Fully furnished. Only extra fee for bed and mattress to be discussed with current roommate.
- Registration possible
- Looking for one single male tenant only — sorry, no couples
