About the place

The apartment is modern , bright and spacious,
it is  located in a very nice area, with lots of water and trees, shops and parks are nearby.
The apartment is close to the central station, less than 15 minutes by bus, tram or bicycle. 
The guestroom is comfortable and well furnished, there is a large balcony  nice view over a mini harbour.
There is a large waterbed and wall size windows.
The apartment has a fully equiped kitchen, dishwashing,  nice furniture, washing and drying machine,  internet, a  large balcony, bathtub, etcetera.
I am Dutch, male, fifty plus, I live here alone, sometimes my girlfriend may stay here for a while.

We like to keep the place clean and comfortable,
A housekeeping lady comes on a regular basis.

The ideal candidate profile :
You come to The Netherlands on a temporary basis, 
you will be studying, doing  academic research, business, etcetera, and are looking for a comfortable, temporary place to stay,
for one month. Depending on my travel plans, 
the place may be available perhaps another 8 weeks again.
You are organized, responsible, a good communicator.
