How nice of you to check out my profile! I am an active woman in my early 50s and I live together with my lovely 13-year-old daughter in beautiful Amsterdam-West, right across from the Westerpark. In our daily lives, we enjoy a cozy, but above all, quiet and pleasant home. We are a warm family and deeply respect each other's space and privacy.

What kind of landlord am I?

Everyone here enjoys having their own space. I am a correct and straightforward landlord who values good agreements and mutual respect. Since the kitchen is located in my private living room, I place a very high value on strict privacy and clear boundaries.

What am I looking for in a tenant?

I am looking for a tidy, highly independent woman between 20 and 35 years old who has an active lifestyle outside the house (work or study) and is not at home very much. Someone who leaves the shared spaces clean and strictly respects our family's privacy. We really appreciate it when everyone can just comfortably go their own way and the house remains a wonderful, peaceful haven.
