About the place

Cosy furnished room in a bright apartment in Amsterdam Oost

It’s a welcoming space with plants, warm lighting and wooden furniture, ideal for someone looking for a comfortable temporary home in Amsterdam. The apartment has 2 rooms in total, my housemate will also be living there for the majority of the time but likely away for a week or 2 over christmas, meaning the entire apartment will be available for that time.

The room has a double bed and a dedicated workspace with a large desk, monitor and laptop stand, making it easy to work or study from home. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, with views over the trees outside.

The shared apartment has a spacious, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, with a large dining table, a comfortable sofa and plenty of greenery. The living room opens onto a balcony that catches the afternoon sun, complete with an outdoor sofa, a lovely spot for a coffee or to unwind. There is a shower room and a separate toilet.

The flat is in a safe residential area of Amsterdam Oost, close to supermarkets and Javaplein, with the station around 10 minutes away by bike. Bike likely available to borrow as well.

Extra storage is available on request. If you’re interested, send me a short introduction and the dates you’re looking for!

Length of stay and price negotiable. The room is available for almost 6 weeks in total.
