About the place

My roommate and I are looking for a new housemate (preferably a student aged 20–25, any gender) to take over our current housemate’s room.

Availability: 1 December – 1 March
Rent (all included): €930 per month
Deposit: €700


About the room:
Located on the top floor (a small attic space)
Furnished with a mattress, desk, chair, and a wardrobe
You will need to purchase pellets for the mattress and a small heater, as the house can get a bit cold

About us:
We are looking for someone calm, respectful, and clean, who takes care of the space but also has their own life. We are social and enjoy a friendly, relaxed atmosphere at home.

Note:
Between December and early January we will be away, so you will have the apartment mostly to yourself.
Location: Central area
The apartment is simple and a bit basic, but comfortable and pleasant to live in.
