	The quiet, cool, shared room house near the center. It is a newly constructed apartment, located next to Bos en Lommerplein, suitable for any working professional.

	You are welcome to visit: 
	-> if you pay rent on the 1st of every month with no reminders.
	-> if you can keep the shared kitchen, kitchen table, and kitchen sink clean.
	-> if you dispose of garbage bag every interval when it is full. 
	-> if you keep the freeze clean, minimal and keep cooked food covered to avoid the smell.
	-> if you wash your cooking vessel and plate immediately after cooking.
	-> if you use the kitchen for not more than 1 hour a day and leave it clean for other flatmates.
	-> if you keep the kitchen sink collect, clean, and dispose of your food and veggie in the garbage and NOT in the SINK after cleaning plates.
	-> if you can clean your shared toilet on a regular turn and keep the seat clean after use.
	-> if you can keep minimal items in shower room, keep the shared bathroom clean don't leave the towel and cloth in the shower room after use.
	-> if you can dispose of your hair from the shower sink in the side garbage tin before coming out of the shower.
	-> if you are over all minimalist person and keep less stuff in the room, kitchen and shower room. 
	-> if you take a regular turn to vacuum house and floor periodically.
	-> if you are single and allow friends at home once a month in a weekend. 
	-> If you are a person who respects privacy...
	-> If you use headphones to talk and watch videos/music on your phone or laptop.
