A quiet and comfortable shared apartment located near the city center, next to Bos en Lommerplein. This is a newly constructed apartment, suitable for working professionals seeking a clean and peaceful living environment.

Registration available (additional €80 on top of rent).

You are welcome to visit if you:

Pay rent on time (1st of every month, without reminders).
Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces, including the kitchen, dining table, and sink.
Dispose of garbage regularly when bins are full.
Keep the fridge clean, organized, and store food properly to avoid odors.
Wash dishes and cooking utensils immediately after use.
Use the kitchen responsibly (preferably not more than 1 hour per day) and leave it clean for others.
Do not dispose of food waste in the sink; use the garbage bin instead.
Take turns cleaning the shared toilet and keep it clean after use.
Keep the bathroom tidy and avoid leaving personal items behind after use.
Remove hair from the shower drain and dispose of it in the bin.
Prefer a minimalist lifestyle and keep personal belongings limited in shared areas.
Participate in regular cleaning, such as vacuuming common areas.
Are single and host guests only occasionally (e.g., once a month on weekends).
Respect others’ privacy.
Use headphones for calls, music, or videos to maintain a quiet environment.
