About the place

From 12 July 2026, I am looking for a tidy and quiet new housemate for my spacious, luxurious and fully furnished apartment. You will have your own furnished bedroom, but the main benefit is sharing the entire apartment and having full access to all communal areas, facilities and luxury amenities.

The apartment is modern, spacious and fully equipped. You can make use of:

I am looking for someone who works or studies, treats the apartment and its contents with care, and values a calm but friendly atmosphere. Parties are not allowed.

The initial rental period is 6 to 12 months, with the possibility of staying longer. The room is suitable for one person.

There is no security deposit. However, I do ask for a one-off payment for the use of the complete inventory, furnishings and luxury facilities in the apartment.
