About the place

I am looking for a new flatmate for a long-term stay in a fully furnished apartment. The landlord requires a minimum gross annual income of 60,000 €. Please apply only if you meet this gross annual income.

-Location: Amsterdam Rivierenbuurt, 10 minutes walk from Europaplein metro station. 
-Available from: 1 December (possibly mid-November)
-Monthly rent: 1200€
-Utilities and other expenses (electricity, water, internet, cleaning service): approximately 140 € per month
-Deposit: 2450 €
-Registration: Possible

The apartment has a spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom, a separate WC and a small balcony. The available room is furnished with a bed, mattress, a small night-table and a wardrobe.

I work at the university as a researcher in Mathematics. I am easygoing, respect personal space and privacy, but also enjoy spending time together when we feel like it. I am looking for someone responsible, independent and easygoing, who appreciates a friendly and relaxed atmosphere at home.
