I appreciate a home that feels grounding, respectful and easy to live in. What I'm looking for: Someone who is independent and responsible. Clean and respectful of shared spaces. No frequent long stays from friends and family. Good communication and calm demeanor. This would suit someone who also enjoys a peaceful and stable living environment. The house is strictly no smoking and this includes the lovely terrace in back. This neighborhood is located in the Gouden Reael district in the Amsterdam Centrum borough. All in all, a unique spot, right on the Westerdok, of which you have a beautiful view from your living room. From here, you can also walk to the Jordaan or the city center in just a few minutes. Various supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and Westerpark are also within (short) walking distance. Accessibility This apartment is easily accessible by public transport.
