Hello future roommate,

Starting April 1st, a room will become available in my apartment in Amsterdam Nieuw-Sloten (near Belgiëplein).

I recently moved here with my international colleague, but due to work circumstances he will be leaving at the end of March.

Key details:

Minimum stay: 10 months, with the possibility of extension

Rent: €1,155 per month (including all utilities: internet, gas, electricity, insurance, and use of newly purchased appliances and furniture)

Excluding: water tax and waste collection tax (yearly costs)

Deposit: €2,000 (everything will be arranged contractually)

The room:

11 m²

New laminate flooring (as in the entire apartment), lamp, and freshly painted walls

Comes with a free bed and wardrobe

The apartment:

Spacious living room

Balcony with a nice view over Kasterleepark / Belgiëplein

Tram stop (tram 2) is a 1-minute walk

Only 10 minutes to the city center

Requirements:

Maximum age: 23

Stable income (students aren't excluded)

Calm lifestyle

Social but independent
