About the place

Hey everyone,
A room will be available from the 1st of March in Amsterdam, Bercylaan 1031KP, just on the side of the Eye Film Museum and the A'DAM Tower.
The whole apartment is around 80sqm (+ balcony) and it's shared just with me, so one of the many perks is the amount of space that you get!
The room is more or less 14sqm and it's furnished, you'll have to buy the furniture from the previous flatmate.
The rent is around 1109 incl (g/w/e and internet. before the standard yearly increase):
- The apartment is located very close to Amsterdam Centraal, you just have to cross with the ferry (which runs 24x7). So in terms of transportation, you can not ask for a better spot. 
- The city centre, with all the shops, restaurants, and so on, is within walking distance, but at the same time, you have to cross the IJ by ferry, so it's not a noisy or touristic area. 
- There is a small AH on the ground floor of the building and several big ones at 5 minutes by bike (AH, Dirk, Voordeelmarkt) and a huge Food Markt slightly further away;
- It's really close to Nooderpark and our flat has a beautiful view of the IJpromenade
- There is a shared bike parking on the ground floor of the building;

Important things to notice before applying:
- we have registration and it’s Required!
- you have to buy the furniture from the leaving tenant+ deposit, in total something around and less than 2500
- there is a fee around 350 to do the name change in the contract by the company that is renting 
- it’s required for you to stay at least for one year 
- there is a salary requirement of 3000 gross monthly
- we are renting from MVGM
