About the place

My room will be available for rent from 1st of December 2025 for 6 months with the possibility of extension. On Ben Viljoenstraat (Oost)!

- Furnished apartment and room (see pictures). 
- Rent: 1500€ / month (including utilities)
-Registration possible!!
-must provide income slips OR guarantor docs 
-No pets allowed
-Viewings ASAP :)

You will share the apartment with a lovely woman who is working and finding a job in her field (LAW)! We are looking for a responsible and tidy person who will take care of the place and fill it with love. 

Only 7 minutes by bike to De Pijp. The area is beautiful, with Albert Heijn, cafés, restaurants, shops within walking distance, as well as the lovely Oosterpark.
