About the place

I’m renting out a room in my beautiful new Amsterdam apartment. The rental period is six months, with the possibility of extension. You will be sharing the apartment with one other woman. It has a beautiful living room, kitchen, and balcony, in a great location. The rent is €1300 per month, all included. 

I’m looking for a reliable woman who will take good care of the place. The rental starts December 1st, and there is no possibility of a later move-in date, so please don’t waste your time or mine if that doesn’t work for you.
