About the place

Move in with two lovely working professional girls, both in their early 30s in a big apartment where common areas will stimulate connections and great bonding but the apartment is big enough for you to have your own privacy!
4 bedrooms in total, 2 rented out, 1 used as laundry room. Kitchen newly renovated (2025). 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 separate toilet. incredible view on the Ij with great light throughout the year.

The bedroom to rent is the 2nd biggest of house, enough space for a double bed, desk, and wardrobe. It comes unfurnished (please bear in mind the furniture of the picture will be taken from the previous renter). The rest of house is fully furnished, there is everything you can think of/need. There will be a one-off payment of €250 to the previous renter for the shared furniture.

The viewing and the screening will be based on your profile and if it fits with the vibe of the house. Clean and respectful person is required. We don't usually host parties so bear this in mind as well, but we do have close friends come visiting us, and we host great housemate dinners together!
