About the place

Are you a tidy, independent, and clean tenant (student) aged 20–25? Then this room might be perfect for you!

Location: quiet area near the Sloterplas.
20 minutes by bike to Amsterdam city centre.
10 minutes by bike to the Vondelpark.
7 minutes by bike to Lelylaan Station.
5 minutes on foot to the Meer en Vaart tram stop.

Facilities: a bright, furnished 15 m² room, south-facing, on the second floor. Shared use of the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, garden, and washing machine.

Included: heating, lighting, internet connection, bed, chair, chest of drawers, and washing machine.

Extra: there is no shared living room, but cooking together occasionally is appreciated. The washing machine is in a cupboard on the second floor and is shared with me twice a week.

Who we’re looking for: a tenant (student) without pets. No smoking in the room and no overnight guests. Registration is possible.

About the landlord: 47-year-old man, university-educated, employed, and co-parent of a 10-year-old boy.
