About the place

Are you looking for a temporary room in a cozy house? From March 26 until approximately May 28, a sublet room will be available!

You’ll have plenty of private space:
	•	a private bedroom with its own sink
	•	an additional private room with a sofa, table, and balcony, perfect for relaxing or studying

The kitchen and bathroom are shared with a friendly 21-year-old housemate. You can always enjoy your own space, but it’s also nice to occasionally have dinner together or watch a movie.

Important: there is also a cat living in the house. Since the current resident will be away, you would be responsible for taking care of the cat during the sublet period. You don’t have to be home every day (neighbors can sometimes help if needed), and all expenses for the cat will be covered — it mainly involves giving her food, attention, and some company.
