About the place

For rent: a neat private room of approx. 10 m² in Amsterdam West, in a convenient location near Sloterdijk Train Station, Vlugtlaan metro station, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport.

This is room rental only. No shared living room or kitchen. Shared spaces are only the entrance, toilet, and shower.

Available in the room: mattress, pillows, bed linen, chair, microwave, kettle, and small fridge. The tenant may also use the washing machine.

Rent: €700 per month +  €150 per month for gas, water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and cleaning
Deposit: €850

Rental period: initially 1 year, with possible extension for a second year if both parties are satisfied.

Preferably for a working tenant. Non-smokers only. We are looking for someone calm, tidy, responsible, and drug-free. The apartment is on the 2nd floor without a lift, in a quiet area with families and good neighbors.
