The Room & Flat
The available bedroom is spacious, exceptionally bright, and very quiet. It comes fully furnished with "like-new" pieces, including:

Comfortable large double bed and two bedside tables.

Ample storage with a large 3-door wardrobe.

The flat itself is a fully renovated, 3-bedroom home on the third floor. It’s designed to be warm and cozy, equipped with all modern conveniences: dishwasher, washing machine, oven/microwave, coffee machine, air-fryer, and high-speed internet. There is also a dedicated storage unit on the ground floor for bikes or larger items.

Bonus Space: The Study
If you work from home, you’ll love the third bedroom. I’ve set it up as a dedicated office/study with a desk and shelving. Since I don't work from home, this quiet, sunlit space is yours to use!

Location: Amsterdam Zuid
The apartment is perfectly situated for a smooth lifestyle:

Commuting: Very close to the station with easy access to the entire city.

Shopping: Walking distance to the Gelderlandplein shopping centre.

About Your Flatmate
You’ll be sharing with a male professional working in the education sector. I am an experienced flat-sharer—clean, quiet, and very respectful of personal space. I’m a bit of a linguist, fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with varying levels of French, Italian, and Dutch. This is a non-smoking and LGBTQ+ friendly household.

Rent & Terms
I believe in keeping things simple so you can focus on enjoying your home.

Rent: €1300 per month (All-inclusive: Gas, water, electricity, internet, and Netflix).

Deposit: One month’s rent.

Notice Period: One month.

Registration: Possible.

Availability: 1st of March 2026 (flexible for the right person).

Initial Term: 3–6 months to ensure we’re a good fit, with the option to extend long-term.
