I have a 106 m² apartment at the Anna Blamansingel with two bedrooms. I use one of the rooms as an office (2 to 4 days a week during office hours). I do not live in the apartment, so I am not present in the evenings or on weekends, meaning the entire apartment is available to the tenant during those times.
The other room is available and for rent for candidates who would like to partially share an apartment.
The apartment is furnished and everything is free to use.
The price is €1500
Deposit 3000
including water, electricity, heating, and Wi-Fi.
