The apartment is on the first floor. Large bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine; separate toilet. Fully equipped designer kitchen, including an oven, microwave, juicer and mixer. Move-in ready, including Wi-Fi, towels, bed linen, duvets and a hairdryer.

Security deposit: €3,000, refundable after departure provided there is no damage. Proof of insurance is required when signing the sublease agreement. One month’s rent must be paid in advance and will cover the final month of the tenancy. No pets, smoking or students.

Located on Amstelveenseweg, a one-minute walk from the Bosbaan and Amsterdamse Bos. Five minutes from Gelderlandplein shopping centre and fifteen minutes from Vondelpark.
