Bright studio with 3 big   windows on a row and a fantastic view over the canal. Strategic location close to the Zuidas & RAI and 4 shopping streets, the Pijp and the center. 

A lot of privacy and own entrance. Furnished, wooden floor, corner sofa, teak table and teak closet, build-in closets etc. In a charming and well-maintained 1930s building with a decent entrance and wide staircase. Own kitchen corner in the studio. 
The studio (35m²) is part of a larger apartment (85m²) that is divided into two separate private units. The hallway, bathroom and toilet are shared with somebody else. (Cleaning fee: €25/month.)
