I am a 47-year-old father working in the music industry. Currently, I am living temporarily via Parent Houses, but I have been offered a fantastic opportunity through Stadsgoed: a very spacious 134 m² property right on the Amstel river, right in the center of Amsterdam.

Because the property is so spacious, I am looking for a co-tenant to rent this house with. I have a strong preference for another single parent who also has their kids over on a co-parenting/part-time basis. It seems ideal to me to create a nice, peaceful, and understanding home base where both we and the kids feel completely at home and have plenty of space.

About the property & conditions:

Location: Center of Amsterdam, right on the Amstel river.

Size: 134 m² (very spacious, so plenty of privacy and living space for everyone).

Rent: € 2,650 per month in total, so € 1,325 per person (excluding gas/water/electricity and internet).

Income requirement: Each person must individually earn 3x their own share of the rent. This comes down to a gross income of € 3,975 per person per month.

Minimum age: 30

About me:
I am calm, organized, and like a tidy and warm home. When the kids are here, having a good time together is the priority, and on the days they aren't around, I work, enjoy working out, and have my own routine.
