About the place

You will be living in a pleasant house shared with four other residents. The property spans three floors and features a spacious living room, a shared kitchen, and a lovely garden. Naturally, you have your own private room. The house is located on the edge of Amsterdam-Noord in a quiet neighborhood. The North/South line is nearby; you can reach the metro within 5–15 minutes by walking or cycling. Amsterdam city center is just a 15-minute bike ride away. You and the other residents share a spacious garden of approximately 49 m², which is ideal for sitting outside. Please note: for students only. This accommodation is offered under a temporary lease agreement and is available exclusively to students enrolled at a recognized educational institution. Proof of enrollment is required. Applications from non-students will not be considered.
