Are you looking for a great spot in the Stadionbuurt (Oud-Zuid)? I am looking for a roommate for my apartment on the Afroditekade starting October 1st. Initially, it concerns a period of two to four months; exact dates are negotiable.

The location is ideal: you live in the quiet Stadionbuurt, but you can reach the city center within ten minutes by bike — and if you pedal a bit faster, even in five. A major plus is that a parking space is also available. The rent is approximately €1,300 all-inclusive, though the final amount depends on a few details we can agree on together.

There is a viewing scheduled for Wednesday, September 23rd at 7:00 PM (19:00).
