We have 2 rooms available in a beautiful and brand-new apartment in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid. Both bedrooms are approximately 9m². We are looking for a student who wants to rent for a short period, from April 10th to July or August 1st. You will be living with Daan, a 20-year-old first-year student.

The apartment has been completely renovated and features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances, including an induction hob, extractor hood, built-in fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

The new bathroom is stylish and functional, equipped with a double sink, a towel radiator, and a thermostatic mixer tap + washing machine. The location is:
• Just a 4-minute bike ride from Vondelpark
• Approximately a 20-minute bike ride from Roeterseiland, University of Amsterdam
• Situated in a quiet residential area, with the supermarket a 30-second walk away
The total living area is approximately 67 m² and offers a practical and spacious layout, consisting of:
• A living room with an open kitchen
• Three bedrooms, of which 2 are still available
• A modern bathroom
• A separate toilet
• A balcony
