The bathroom and toilet are shared.

Please note: the kitchen is currently not heated due to an upcoming renovation. As a result, the kitchen can be quite cold during the winter.

Cleaning and shared costs
To keep the shared areas clean and comfortable, the shared bathroom, toilet and other common areas are cleaned twice a month by a professional cleaner.

The owner also provides toilet paper and cleaning supplies.

These costs are shared between all residents and amount to €30 per person per month.

The house & housemates
The property is shared with the male owner, who stays at the property from time to time, and two female tenants.

The household is mainly occupied by women, so preference will be given to a female tenant.

Everyone has their own life – working, studying and doing their own thing – but we value mutual respect and consideration. We aim to keep the shared spaces clean, comfortable and pleasant for everyone.
