About the place

I'm looking for a new housemate for my appartment in uilenstede from october. The room is 14 m2 (unfurnished) and shares the kitchen and bathroom with 1 person (me). The total appartment is 42 m2 but that includes my room which is also the kitchen and living room. My current room mate will be moving out in the second half of october.
The rent for the room is €739,90, registration is possible. The duration is for 3 months with possibility for extention if everything goes well. In order to meet a potential new room mate I'll organize "hospitatie avonden" on the 6th to the 9th of October.
I've been living here for about 2 years now and I've found it's quite a nice place to live. It's close to the VU and it's right between the amsterdamse bos and the amstelpark. Also about me, I'm 24, Dutch and a pharmaceutical science master student at the VU. I'm tidy and clean, I love to go the nearby gym, play piano, organize social gatherings and cook.
