I am searching for a female tenant for a furnished room in my recently relocated home. I am a 30-year-old female graduate, currently employed, and seeking a roommate up to the age of 35.

Ik ben op zoek naar een vrouwelijke huurder voor een gemeubileerde kamer in mijn recent verhuisde woning. Ik ben zelf een pas afgestudeerde vrouw van 30 jaar oud, momenteel werkzaam en op zoek naar een medebewoonster tot maximaal 35 jaar oud.
De woning is gelegen in de rustige en veilige buurt van Zonnestein, met alle voorzieningen binnen handbereik. Het appartement is 60 vierkante meter groot en beschikt over 2 slaapkamers. Een van de slaapkamers is ruim en wordt ongemeubileerd verhuurd, terwijl de andere slaapkamer klein is en al voorzien is van de nodige meubels.
De woning heeft een gedeelde badkamer en keuken, die we samen zullen gebruiken. De locatie is ideaal voor studenten of werkenden, want het ligt op slechts 5 minuten met de tram van de Vrije Universiteit en de Zuidas, en maximaal 10 minuten van beide locaties. Bovendien bevindt zich tegenover de woning een winkelcentrum met verschillende winkels en eethuisjes, en op slechts 5 minuten loopafstand vind je een Albert Heijn.

Kleine kamer: 650 euro per maand.
Grote kamer: 750 euro per maand.
