About the place

Dear ladies,

I am looking for a quiet, reliable female housemate (up to 40 years old) to share my recently rented apartment. I am a 32-year-old working professional.

The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Amstelveen and is approximately 60 m². It has two bedrooms, a shared kitchen, bathroom, and living areas.

Two rooms are available:

Small furnished room: €650 per month.
Large unfurnished room: €750 per month.

Excellent location:

Approximately 5 minutes by tram to Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU) and Zuidas.
A shopping center with supermarkets, restaurants, and other amenities is located directly across the street.
An Albert Heijn supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away.

I'm looking for someone who is:

Quiet, respectful, and responsible.
Working or studying.
Not a party person and does not have a loud lifestyle.
Clean, hygienic, and values keeping the apartment tidy.
Considerate of shared living and enjoys a peaceful home environment.

House rules:

There are two cats living in the apartment, and we will share the responsibility of taking care of them.
No visitors, unless discussed and agreed upon in advance.
We communicate openly and discuss any important matters together.
We share the responsibility of keeping the apartment clean.
Any changes to the apartment should always be discussed beforehand.
