About the place

**Due to high demand, I may not respond to inquiries that don’t match our preferences, sorry!**
**Starting with a 6-month contract for safety's sake, otherwise the contract duration is unlimited**

Looking for 1 (preferably) female tenant for one of the rooms at our shared house.

-Municipal registration is possible.
-The landlord will sign your resident permission.
-Extra utility costs around 90 euros. (We split by person)
-Less than 10 minutes' walk to bus stops, tram station, supermarkets, drug stores, etc. 
-A passport copy is needed for security.
-No sex, no party.
-No smoking of any kind.
-You'll have basic amenities, including bedding.
-The room is on the middle floor of a 3-story house. It's next to another girl's room.
-You'll share the house with 3 other roommates. We are clean, organized, friendly Japanese females in their mid-to-late 30s. We are active until 0:00 so it's not suitable for early birds.
-We occasionally do dog-sitting.
